Set in BGG’s boar stud with more than 600 breeding boars, this content highlights the MengXiang terminal sire line developed to improve pork quality. Built on Duroc genetics, the line uses molecular breeding and DNA chip tracking technologies to continuously select pigs with stronger meat quality and higher feed conversion efficiency.

One standout boar, known as the “Pork King,” weighs 110 kilograms and has a comprehensive breeding value of 173.5. It features a large loin eye area, thin backfat at 9.8 millimeters, and especially high intramuscular fat (IMF) content. The MengXiang line is positioned as an important terminal sire option for premium meat programs that require both eating quality and efficient production performance.
