The biosecurity control system at BGG’s vehicle sanitation center in the core farm area is the focus here. The entire process follows a strict multi-stage “three-wash, two-dry” protocol. Pig transport vehicles first enter the primary sanitation center for sampling, inspection, and initial cleaning and disinfection. Qualified vehicles then move to the secondary sanitation center for another round of sampling, deep cleaning, and disinfection before entering the drying room. Finally, they proceed to the tertiary sanitation center for final deep sanitation and terminal drying.
Only after completing the full procedure and cutting off the pathogen transmission chain are vehicles allowed to stand by for loading breeding pigs. The system reflects BGG’s high standards and execution capability in biosecurity management.
